CUSTOM PROJECT AGREEMENT
Referring to ourselves in third person is one of the most unnatural feelings ever, but hey, we’re in this together! Let’s do this!
The designer (Em Randall) agrees to complete all artwork and design tasks for the client (Two Hearted Midwifery) For the Following:
*
Custom Logo Design - custom single logo design, including 2-3 initial rough concept sketches with two revisions, and final artwork with two revisions. Includes complete file set with color and b&w versions for print and web. - Cost: $400 Additional Edits and Changes - Any edits or changes made to the designs after the two included revisions per design will be billed separately by the hour at $50 an hour. Small changes (i.e. text size or color) will not be additionally billed, and will be judged at the designers discretion. Payment - The client agrees to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit of the projects total before the designer will begin working on artwork. The remainder of the project invoice will be due upon artworks completion. Artwork Rights - All final artwork that is sent to the client upon final payment is eligible to be used for whatever the client sees fit. - Rights to use the artwork for portfolio and online / social media promotional purposes remain with the designer, but may not be used in reproduction for retail purposes. (I.e. the designer can't use the artwork that the client paid for as a wrapping paper design and sell it) - Rights to any concept designs or artwork that is not approved by the client or used within the logo or purchased design work belongs fully to the designer and may be used for future projects. Confidentiality - The designer will not at any time divulge or disperse any of the client’s personal information, trade secrets, or any information that is proprietary to the client or the client’s business. The designer will protect such information as strictly confidential. Termination - If for any reason the client decides to forgo completion of the project, the designer reserves the right to keep all that has been paid as compensation for time spent, as well as the artwork completed up until the point of termination. - The client is not responsible for any remaining balance after termination.
